Noa Home Acquired by Bassett

Publicly traded Bassett Furniture announced yesterday the acquisition of Noa Home, an International Direct to Consumer Company headquartered in Montreal, Canada. Stump was proud to represent the selling shareholders in this strategic acquisition.
We look forward to seeing the continued growth of Noa Home under Bassett’s ownership. Jeremy Kopek and Jean-Claude Renaud, the co-founders of Noa Home, will remain at the helm of the Company in their leadership roles.
Expect to see more announcements from Stump in the coming months as strategic players in the global furnishings space continue to seek growth through acquisitions of DTC brands.
