The seller operated a digital platform serving independent operators and multi-unit foodservice chains across North America, with an assortment spanning seating, tables, and FF&E. The buyer — a large furniture manufacturer — acquired the business to extend into the hospitality channel and gain immediate scale in direct-to-end-user e-commerce. The combination pairs manufacturing capacity with a proven digital go-to-market in restaurant and hospitality FF&E.
